Somil started out in 2021 with a small travel company under a different name, and built it into GlobeTrek Adventures. He handles the work end to end himself — quoting, bookings, visas, and the phone calls when something needs sorting out on the ground.
He knows Vietnam, Thailand, Dubai and Singapore most closely, and has put together more than 100 packages for over a thousand travellers. A B.Com (Hons) graduate of St Xavier's College, Kolkata, he travels a great deal himself, which is where most of what he knows comes from.
A B.Com (Hons) graduate of Calcutta University and a keen traveller, Nitant came into the travel industry through his own love of exploring. The idea for GlobeTrek Adventures came out of those trips.
It started just before the lockdown, which forced a pause of six to eight months, and he came back to it afterwards and kept building. His approach is that every journey deserves personal attention, so he looks into each booking and requirement himself to make sure the service, the guidance and the experience are right.
